Anyone with clear working hours wants "off work to mean off work." Do-not-disturb hours can be configured day by day from Monday to Sunday — on weekdays after 7:00 PM only urgent @-everyone notices push through, and weekends go fully silent. Customer messages can be kept separately so you never miss important inbound.
