Thank you for using the SBK enterprise management platform. Please read the following terms carefully. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all of the terms of this agreement.
1.1 These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") are entered into between you and Ningbo Hubon Software Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") and constitute a legally binding contract.
1.2 Once you complete registration, submit a trial application, or log in to and use this platform, you are deemed to have carefully read and fully agreed to all of the terms of this Agreement.
1.3 We reserve the right to modify or change the terms of this Agreement at any time. Amended terms will be announced on our official website. Your continued use of this platform constitutes acceptance of the amendments.
2.1 Activating a trial account requires you to provide accurate and valid contact information: company name, contact name, phone number, email address and industry.
2.2 You warrant that the information you provide is true, accurate and complete, and that you will update it promptly if it changes. You are solely responsible for any account unavailability or disputes caused by false information.
2.3 A trial account is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of activation. During the trial period you may fully experience all application modules included in your chosen plan.
2.4 The same phone number or email address may apply for a trial only once within any 90-day period. To extend or formally subscribe, please contact sales.
2.5 Please keep your account and initial password safe. You are solely responsible for any loss caused by password leakage or sharing. We recommend changing your initial password immediately after your first login.
3.1 SBK provides the following nine business application modules: Customer CRM, Office Management, Email Management, Smart Messaging, Inventory Management, Fixed Assets, Smart MES, Import Trade and Export Trade.
3.2 Plan tiers:
3.3 The trial version automatically initializes a small amount of sample data (such as customers and contacts). Sample data is provided for demonstration purposes only, and you may modify or delete it as you wish.
3.4 We commit to a service availability of 99.9% per month; however, service interruptions caused by force majeure, third-party factors or necessary system maintenance are not counted toward the availability statistics.
4.1 You may not use SBK to engage in activities that violate laws and regulations or harm the lawful rights of others, including but not limited to:
4.2 We reserve the right to take measures against accounts that violate the above rules, including warnings, feature restrictions, suspension or permanent closure, and to pursue legal liability where the circumstances are serious.
5.1 You own all business data (customers, orders, emails, etc.) that you create, upload or store on this platform. We act solely as the technical service provider hosting that data.
5.2 We use industry-standard security measures such as encryption, backups and access control to protect your data. All data is stored in compliant data centers within mainland China.
5.3 We commit that without your explicit authorization, we will not use your business data for commercial analysis, nor disclose or transfer it to any third party. For detailed data-processing rules, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
5.4 After your trial account expires, we will retain your data for 30 days. If you do not formally subscribe or export your data within this period, we will permanently delete all of your business data.
6.1 No fees are payable during the trial period. If you wish to continue using the service after the trial ends, you may contact a business consultant to purchase a paid license.
6.2 The paid version uses an annual subscription model. Pricing is calculated based on the number of applications, the number of users and value-added service modules, with the specific terms governed by the sales contract.
7.1 We are not liable for losses caused by the following reasons:
7.2 The trial version offers lower levels of stability, performance and SLA than the paid version, and we make no paid-version service-level commitments with respect to the trial version.
8.1 We reserve the right to amend this Agreement under reasonable circumstances. We will notify you of material changes at least 7 calendar days in advance via website announcements and email.
8.2 You may terminate this Agreement at any time by applying to close your account. We also reserve the right to close non-compliant accounts in accordance with this Agreement.
8.3 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall resolve it through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit before the competent People's Court in our place of domicile.
