1. What Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide directly (entered when applying for a trial):

1.2 Business data generated through your use: customers, contacts, orders, contracts, emails, files, chat records and all other data you create within the system.

1.3 Technical information collected automatically: login IP, device model, browser version, operation logs and error logs, used for security auditing and troubleshooting.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your information only for the following legitimate purposes:

• Service delivery: provisioning your tenant, initializing menus and sample data, login authentication, and keeping features running properly
• Account communications: sending account activation notices, security alerts, renewal reminders and product update announcements (you may unsubscribe at any time)
• Customer support: providing targeted assistance based on your account information when you contact our support team
• Security and compliance: preventing malicious account logins and unauthorized data access, and cooperating with lawful investigation requests from law-enforcement authorities
• Product improvement: analyzing usage through anonymized, aggregated statistics to optimize the product experience, without identifying any specific individual or company

3. Data Storage and Security

3.1 Storage location: all of your data is stored in compliant cloud data centers within mainland China (Alibaba Cloud / Tencent Cloud) and is not transferred across borders.

3.2 Data encryption:

• Transport layer: site-wide HTTPS / TLS 1.2+ encryption
• Passwords: one-way, irreversible MD5 / bcrypt hashing — we cannot recover your plaintext password
• Sensitive fields (ID numbers, bank cards, etc.): stored with application-layer AES-256 encryption

3.3 Access control: only authorized operations staff may access data during troubleshooting, strictly on a "least-necessary" basis, with all access logged and audited for at least 90 days.

3.4 Backup mechanism: daily full backups plus hourly incremental backups, with cross-availability-zone redundancy and 99.9% availability.

3.5 Data retention: data from a trial account is retained for 30 days after expiry; for a paid account, all business data is permanently deleted within 30 days after you voluntarily close your account (except where otherwise required by laws and regulations).

4. Sharing Information with Third Parties

• With your explicit authorization: if you enable third-party integrations (WeChat Work, DingTalk, Alipay, etc.), we share only the necessary data within the scope you have selected
• Where required for the service: cloud providers (Alibaba Cloud / Tencent Cloud), SMS providers (Alibaba Cloud SMS) and email providers, all of whom have signed strict data-processing agreements
• Legal obligations: in response to lawful requirements under laws and regulations, court rulings, or administrative law-enforcement authorities
• Business transactions: in the event of a merger, acquisition or reorganization, data may be transferred along with the business, but we will ensure the recipient continues to honor the obligations under this policy

5. Your Rights

You have the following rights over your personal information, which you may exercise at any time by logging in to the platform or contacting customer support:

• Access and export: log in to view all of your business data; the system supports export in Excel / CSV / JSON formats
• Correction and completion: if you find any incorrect information, you can edit it yourself under "Personal Settings"
• Deletion and account closure: you may request to close your account, and we will permanently delete your business data within 30 days
• Withdrawal of authorization: you may revoke any previously granted third-party integration authorization at any time; once revoked, the integration will stop transmitting data
• Complaints and reports: if you have concerns about how we handle your information, email us at admin@hoobang.cn and we will respond within 15 business days

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

6.1 We use technologies such as cookies and localStorage to store your login session and personal preferences (theme color, language) to improve your experience.

6.2 We do not use cookies to track your browsing behavior across sites, nor do we sell cookies to advertisers.

6.3 You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may prevent you from logging in or using certain features.

7. Protection of Minors

SBK is a B2B product intended for enterprise users and does not offer services to minors under the age of 14. If you discover that a minor has registered an account without the consent of their guardian, please contact us immediately and we will delete the relevant account and data as soon as possible.

8. Policy Updates and Contact

8.1 We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 7 calendar days in advance via website announcements and email, and will clearly mark the update date.
