Distribution beyond tier 3 is a red line in China. We cap distribution at two tiers, and each distributor's "upline" can be unbound within 30 days of binding, then fixed thereafter. All commission calculation only considers tier 2 and below — no commissions and no relationships are computed beyond that, keeping the compliance line firmly held.
