Putting imported goods straight into stock on arrival without sampling is "gambling on quality with money." SBK's inspection module — AQL sampling, scan-by-piece verification, multi-photo evidence, and a non-conformance workflow — keeps every batch "quality-controlled and accountable."
Multi-dimension inspection of appearance / function / dimensions / packaging, with non-conformance auto-triggering the claims flow
Inspection tasks generated on arrival, split by order / B/L / container
Auto-calculate sample size per the ISO 2859-1 AQL standard — no table lookups needed
Warehouse staff scan and inspect each item by phone, photographing defects for evidence
Configurable inspection checklists for appearance / function / dimensions / packaging / labeling
Non-conforming batches auto-locked in stock + claims triggered, preventing accidental use
Inspection process / photos / conclusions auto-generated into a PDF report, archived digitally
Auto-calculated sampling plan
How many to sample from 10,000 pieces? At AQL=2.5, the "general inspection level II" of GB/T 2828.1 means sampling 200 and accepting fewer than 10 defects. SBK calculates these table-lookup questions automatically — the inspector only enters the total and the AQL level.
Batch LOT-0392 failed sampling
Batches that fail sampling are auto-locked in stock; warehouse staff see the red mark and won't mistakenly issue them to production/sales. At the same time, a claim form is auto-generated (linked to the inspection report + photo evidence) to recover the loss from the supplier or carrier.
Each container is function-sampled at AQL 2.5; if the defect rate exceeds 1%, the whole batch is rejected + claimed.
Multi-dimension sampling of appearance / dimensions / color, with defect photos for evidence, sent back to the supplier for negotiation.
SGS third-party inspection reports combined with internal sampling, ensuring compliance with customs / health requirements.
Piece-by-piece scanning + test-parameter entry, with non-conforming items marked separately to avoid re-screening on the line.
Arrival documents auto-trigger inspection tasks, seamlessly connected
Non-conforming batches auto-generate claim forms with full evidence
Inspection pass rates written back to the supplier credit rating
Conforming goods flow into IMS stock, non-conforming goods locked in stock
