The edge gateway does time-series compression / anomaly filtering / business tagging locally before pushing to the cloud, cutting data volume by 90%.

Automatic OEE Calculation: From Equipment Signals to Efficiency Metrics

OEE = availability × performance × quality. SBK MES auto-recognizes status from equipment signals, computes quality from reporting data, and derives performance from output cycle times, giving a real OEE rather than an estimate.

Availability: (planned time − downtime) / planned time
Performance: (actual output × standard cycle) / running time
Quality: good output / total output
Downtime classification: planned stop / fault / changeover / material shortage / waiting for personnel
