The recovery odds for a customer owing for 30 days versus 180 days are worlds apart. SBK automatically grades receivables into 5 aging tiers — 0-30 / 31-60 / 61-90 / 91-180 / 180+ days — flagging those past 90 days in yellow and those past 180 days in red for aggressive collection.
