Accounts Receivable · Never Miss a Collection Follow-Up

Sales ≠ cash. ¥10M of sales on the books may have collected only ¥6M, with the remaining ¥4M scattered across hundreds of receivable vouchers. SBK tracks every receivable by due date, grades it by aging and aggregates it by customer, automatically prompting sales to follow up on overdue items — so collections are never missed.

Aging Grading: Expose Potential Bad Debts Early

The recovery odds for a customer owing for 30 days versus 180 days are worlds apart. SBK automatically grades receivables into 5 aging tiers — 0-30 / 31-60 / 61-90 / 91-180 / 180+ days — flagging those past 90 days in yellow and those past 180 days in red for aggressive collection.

  • 5 aging tiers auto-classified, distinguished by red and yellow
  • Customers past 90 days auto-push sales follow-up tasks
  • Bad-debt-rate statistics, linked to customer credit downgrades
  • Collection records logged, fully traceable

Credit Limits: Front-Loaded Risk Control

Extending credit to a customer doesn't mean bottomless credit sales. SBK validates the customer's credit limit at order placement — if "used credit + new order amount > credit limit", the order is locked and requires finance approval to proceed, preventing one customer from sinking a sales rep or even the whole company.

  • Customer-level credit-limit configuration, adjustable by contract
  • Real-time validation at order placement, auto-locked when exceeded
  • Overdue customers' credit auto-downgraded, with stricter terms on new orders
  • Joint finance + GM approval to unlock
